Read any agenda

Paste a link to a council agenda or minutes page — HTML or PDF — and Civic Ledger reads it on the spot: Firecrawl turns the page into clean text, and the model lists what was decided, item by item, with outcomes and dollar figures. Or type a city name and we'll look for its agenda pages.

Works best on a single meeting's agenda or minutes. Long packets are read up to about 50,000 characters within the request time limit; the ingest CLI has no such cap.

Cities on Legistar can be added permanently with npm run ingest -- --city <slug>, which also pulls roll-call votes and full legislative text. See the README.
