Be it resolved by the council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.	The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements or amendments thereto with ePlus Technology, Inc. for the purpose of general networking and IT support to augment the existing internal team, at a cost not-to-exceed Ninety-Five Thousand Four Hundred Forty Dollars ($95,440) over one year.
